Notice of an extension to the Public Comment Period on the Child-Specific Reference Dose (chRD) for Paraquat for use in Assessing Health Risks at Existing and Proposed School Sites

The Office of Environmental Health Hazard Assessment (OEHHA) received a request to further extend the comment period on the final draft report, Development of Health Criteria for School Site Risk Assessment Pursuant to Health and Safety Code (HSC) Section 901(g): PROPOSED CHILD-SPECIFIC REFERENCE DOSE (chRD) FOR PARAQUAT. In response to the request, OEHHA has decided to extend the end of the comment period from November 16, 2010 to December 3, 2010.
OEHHA requests that written comments on this draft report be submitted by 5:00 PM, December 3, 2010. Comments can be submitted using the address, fax number, or email address below.
