To request copies of public records you may hand-deliver, mail, e-mail or fax your request to the address below. For your convenience, a link to a request form is provided below.
Following receipt of your request, we will advise you whether or not we have records subject to release within 10 calendar days of our receipt of your request. The Office charges $0.25 per page for copies. You will be notified of the cost in advance of copies being made.
The Office cannot provide copies of large or voluminous numbers of records. Instead, we will make the records available at our Sacramento or Oakland Office for your review. At that time you may copy any or all of the records through use of a copy service or other means that does not damage the original records. Our records may not be removed from the office for review or copying.
