On January 26, 2011, the Office of Administrative Law approved amendments to Title 27, California Code of Regulations, section 25705(b)(1), that adopt 8.2 micrograms per day as the No Significant Risk Level for 2,4,6-Trinitrotoluene (TNT) for purposes of Proposition 65.
