This document is one of a series of technical resources and tool prepared by the Ecotoxicology Unit (OEHHA) as part of our goal of advancing the science and practice of ecological risk assessment (Guidelines for Assessing Ecological Risk Posed by Chemicals, Developmental Plan, May 1998, posted at: www.oehha.ca.gov/ecotox/documents ).

It is anticipated that the ecological risk assessment community will utilize this document as a preliminary tool to conveniently review existing scientific information on Freshwater and Marine Toxicity Tests. Efforts have been made to ensure that the information in this document accurately reflects the original source.
