Thank you for your comments on the May 17 draft of the possible Food Warning regulation. As you know, we have made a concerted effort to provide compliance assistance and a focused warning program for manufacturers and retailers of food products. However, given the scope of your comments (which will soon be posted here: http://www.oehha.ca.gov/prop65/wkgrp/index.html), there is no need to spend more time and effort on the draft regulation as we will be making a decision on it in the near future.
